Delete your Luovo account and data

In the app

Open your profile or account screen, choose Delete account, read the confirmation, and authenticate if requested. Account deletion removes the cloud account and associated synchronized Luovo records. If processing fails, retry; do not assume cloud deletion completed without confirmation.

Without app access

Email luovo@vailgrid.com from the account address, requesting Luovo account deletion. We verify ownership before acting. Do not send your password, recovery links, or health information.

Local records and exported copies

Local-first records and files you exported may exist separately from the cloud account. Clear local data in Settings or the operating system, and remove backups you no longer need. Account deletion cannot remotely remove exported files or copies on other devices.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not cancel Google Play billing. Cancel Pro separately in Google Play to stop renewal. Limited purchase ownership records may remain to prevent receipt reuse; they do not contain health records. Read the subscription terms and Privacy Policy.
