Glancey Account Deletion

Glancey accounts are managed by Vailgrid through Supabase Auth.

Delete Your Account In The App

1. Open Glancey.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open Profile, then Account.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

This removes the Supabase account and associated Glancey profile, learning sync data, user-owned learning records, and account-linked records where deletion is required.

Request Deletion From The Web

If you cannot access the app, emailglancey@vailgrid.com from the email address associated with your Glancey account and request account deletion.

Data That May Be Retained

Some purchase and security records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, tax or accounting, store compliance, disputes, or legal obligations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
